The MYF Composite Bolted Design
Flexitank converts the standard 20-foot sea container into a 24-ton bulk liquid transportation system. This food and pharmaceutical grade flexitank is suitable for the carriage of most types of non-hazardous liquids. MYF Composite Design Flexitank is constructed out of two independent food-grade 3-ply co-extruded LLDPE tubes and a rugged, abrasion outer woven PP jacket. It is capable of shipping up to 24,000 liters of
bulk liquid.

MYF may also incorporate an optional moisture barrier in its design. This feature is unique to MYF flexitank and provides major benefits for customers who ship products that are oxygen-sensitive, such as highly refined edible oils

RENTENTION LINER
Retention Liners are a highly cost effective & time saving alternative compared to the traditional way of small or intermediate packages within containers, used for shipments with free flowing granular or powder products. The dry bulk liner forms a dry, clean and protective barrier between the product and the container interior. It ensures a contamination free bulk transport & storage system for dry bulk commodities within the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and mineral industries.

INSTALLATION AND DISPOSAL
a) iNSTALLATION OF FLEXITANK
We provide a professional services for installation of flexitank globally.
Our service includes:
– Flexitank installation by trained technical crew
– Technical training of installation of flexitank
– Customer’s cargo inspection and supervision upon request
a) Disposal of Eempty Flexitank at Destinations
After discharging, our worldwide agents will undertake to return the empty flexitank to the assigned destination for disposal. The flexitank will then be taken to the servicing depot for disposing
eMERGENCY RESPONSE
The purpose of this services is to assist our customers in preventing or mitigation unsafe situation in the supply change of flexitanks by promoting best practices known in the industries today.
The service includes:
– Contact with the competent authorities
– First inspection of damaged / leaking flexitanks into Tankwagon, Flexitanks, IBC or Tan-Container
– Equipment is owned (Pumps. Hoses, Adapter) for Cross pump food and technical / chemical products
– Remove / disposal of Flexitanks and accessories
– Takeover from rest products. damages products for recovery
– Cleaning of containers/dangerous goods containment bin/cleaning of contaminated areas
– Pressure Test and cause research

QUALITY ASSURANCE
MYFlexitank is the only flexitank available in today’s market that is TRIPLE TESTED, EACH and EVERYTIME before it leaves factory.
Each heat seal is tested to 120% of load capacity.
Each flexitank is ultrasonic tested to be leak proof.
Each load & discharge fitting is vacuum tested.
We supply standard 18cbm and 24cbm capacity flexitanks
Maximum capacity is 24cbm
* PREMIER Model with oxygen barrier, suitable for oxygen-sensitive products; ie. wine, flat beer, high-grade cooking oil, etc.
* ECON Model without oxygen barrier.
The LLDPE liner can take up to a maximum temperature of 82°C. However, for safety consideration, MYF recommends Safety Loading Temperature of 60°C and below. Should the product loading temperature fall between 60°C and 70°C, the laden flexitank must remain static for at least 8 hours after loading is completed.
* It is safer since the loaders do not go on top of the flexitank.
* It is more user-friendly and faster in loading and discharge
No. If it is not fully loaded, the movement from transportation causes a wave action in the liquid inside the flexitank and it can cause a tsunami-like force from within the container. Under-loading will destroy any flexitank. The guidelines for loading used by the Container Owner Association (COA) is not more or less than 500 litres of the flexitank rated capacity.
